People often ask what we've been up to when we're not on stage. The answer is simple... we're in the woodshed.
Every Thursday night we're together writing, trying new ideas, throwing out the shite ones, and arguing over the good. That's where the songs are born. It’s not glamorous, but it’s where Blindfold Monks tunes grow up.
Between sessions, we've been lucky enough to play some great shows - from festivals and SoCal stages to Paddy's Day celebrations and Irish Christmas gigs. And through it all, our fans have kept showing up, singing along, and making every night better. We appreciate every one of you.

Blindfold Monks came together through years of playing, listening to and chasing after great songs and trad tunes. The old tunes are where we started, but every Thursday in the woodshed, we're writing, refining and figuring out what comes next.
